Could anyone other than Ishna wear a 1990s peach maxi skirt and an early millenium black and white graphic print bolero jacket, and still look cool and current?

“My entire outfit cost $19 and I bought it for the shoot.  No, not the shoes.  I don’t know what brand they are but I have had them for ages and they are very comfortable.  This look isn’t really “me” but it works for me, you know?  Is that a contradiction? I don’t really overthink my outfits and in putting this one together I just walked into the shop and picked out a few things and… it’s intuitive I think”.
